Jaspers' BlogAt breakfast in the Grand Hotel we have meet a group from Northern Ireland that have just arrived for their koi hunting party. But the second day with Geoff Kemp was again a very good day. We have started with several breeders but Ikarashi was the real high light for me. You actually don't know which koi is better then the others that are swimming around. Please each koi would be nice in each collection but the asking price would be very high so it is better for not asking. But you could see your koi dream here. Again we have visit Yagenji that was just unloading a harvest and selecting them. We have a nice two year shiro utsuri that we have bought and their was a stunning tancho showa.

After that we have photographed a Kohaku from Peter Chester that is now  years old and 82 cm long and his second koi a was a sanke of 75 cm and this was a real stunner. I like to thank you Saito san from Shintaro farm to bowl this beautiful koi. So that was it for today and tomorrow we will go to hiroshima and that would be long journey. So thanks Geoff kemp for the nice koi hunting days. Will give a update when we be in Hiroshima.

 regards
